We focus on high-quality performance and exceptional client service. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated HVAC Planning and Estimation Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience. This role involves preparing HVAC system designs, project estimates, and maintaining documentation. You will work closely with electrical, civil, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities HVAC Design & Estimation: Prepare HVAC system drawings, estimates, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems. Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with FCUs, AHUs, Chillers, VRF/VRV systems, and related components. Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with electrical and civil teams for system integration. Material Procurement & Submittals: Perform quantity take-offs, requisition materials, and submit technical approvals. Standards Compliance: Ensure designs meet ASHRAE, SMACNA, and DW Ducting standards. Vendor Negotiations: Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and timely delivery. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1 to 2 years in HVAC planning and estimation. Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and HVAC design tools. Knowledge: Familiarity with VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, and relevant industry standards.
