As a Sales Engineer for air filters at Company A, your role involves developing and executing sales strategies for various applications such as hospitals, hotels, cleanrooms, industrial, and commercial sectors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and acquiring new customers in target sectors including pharma, healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, commercial buildings, hospitals, and hospitality. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners. - Providing technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and closing deals to meet revenue goals. - Monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. - Preparing sales forecasts, reports, and maintaining CRM records. - Collaborating with technical/service teams for installation, after-sales, and customer support. To excel in this role, you should preferably hold a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with 3-4 years of experience in sales of air filters, air conditioning equipment, or related industrial products. Experience in HVAC/building services/engineering industries is desirable. You should also possess: - Strong network in pharma, hospitals, cleanroom, HVAC contractors, and industrial clients. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to customers. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, Company A is located in Lalkothi, Tonk Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The salary for this position will depend on your experience. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.
