HVAC Engineer

The Mechanical HVAC Engineer position requires 5 to 10 years of experience and is based in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E/B. Tech university degree in Mechanical Engineering. Key responsibilities include the preparation of specifications, requisitions, and vendor offer evaluations. The candidate will be responsible for technical bid comparisons, reviewing vendor documents, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, internal disciplines, procurement, and project management teams. Participation in review meetings, monitoring progress and schedules, and managing man-hours are integral parts of the role. Technical competencies for this position include heat load calculations, equipment selection, electrical load estimation, civil load estimation, HVAC room sizing, utility estimation, and duct design. Soft skills required for the role include the ability to work in a self-supporting and self-motivating manner, as well as possessing good written and verbal communication skills in English. The candidate should also be an effective team member.
