Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Preparing HVAC layout in AutoCAD, Prepare BOQ, coordinate with client and architect & consultant
Design HVAC systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, and air quality control for various building projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools.
Conduct load calculations and energy analysis to optimize system efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC designs with overall building plans.
Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
Select appropriate equipment and materials considering performance, cost, and environmental impact.
Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and troubleshoot HVAC issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC design.
