HVAC Design Engineer

Role Overview: Hitachi Energy is seeking an HVAC Engineer to analyze customer specifications and ensure that Hitachi Energy solutions meet customer requirements. As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing HVAC systems and equipment to identify inefficiencies or malfunctions, providing technical evaluations of supplier proposals, reviewing drawings and documents to comply with local regulations, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze HVAC systems and equipment to optimize performance and increase efficiency - Provide technical evaluation of supplier proposals - Review drawings and documents to comply with local regulations and coordinate with Electrical and Mechanical departments - Coordinate efficiently with Project/Tender Team to identify risks and opportunities - Co-ordinate with Building Management System and other interfaces - Technical coordination with Electrical and Mechanical departments Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in HVAC designs - Knowledge in CFD Analysis using market available software - Proficiency in Revit Modelling in Civil/Architectural aspects - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions Company Details: Hitachi Energy is a world leader in advancing a sustainable energy future for all.
