Job Summary: As an HVAC Draftsman, you will play a key role in the design and planning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and codes related to HVAC systems. Provide technical support to the engineering team during the design and implementation phases. Material and Equipment Selection: Assist in the selection of appropriate materials and equipment for HVAC systems. Work with suppliers to obtain necessary information and specifications for project requirements. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of drawings, plans, and specifications. Participate in design reviews and make recommendations for improvements. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Associate's degree or certification in HVAC design or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC draftsman(4-5Y), preferably in the AHU's Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Understanding of HVAC systems, components, and their applications. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
