About Nirmaan:

HVAC Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, calculate, and prepare HVAC layouts, load calculations, and equipment selection for various projects.
Prepare and review detailed
ducting layouts
,
VRF system designs
,
AHU/FCU selection
, and
chiller plant designs
as per project requirements.
Ensure HVAC designs comply with
SMACNA
, and local standards.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and electrical teams for design integration.
Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and equipment schedules.
Support site execution teams with design clarifications and modifications when required.
Conduct design optimization for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Skills & Technical Expertise:

Proficient in HVAC Design software and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of
VRF systems, ducting, AHU, FCU, FRESH AIR SYSTEMS, SMACNA standards
.
Knowledge of heat load calculations, static pressure calculations, and air distribution system design.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle design documentation and liaise with vendors.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
