Job Description

The Function Developer plays the role of analyzing the System and SW requirements, identifying gaps and proposing solutions and improvements based on HV charging domain know-how and higher-level understanding of the requirements. Also actively contributes to the development and testing activities and review of the work products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed analysis of the System requirements. Propose solutions/improvements for the identified gaps

Derive Software requirements and Software Architecture from System requirements or Stake holder requirements

Perform detailed analysis of the SW requirements. Propose solutions/improvements for the identified gaps

Conduct technical clarifications with the requirement engineers and SW architects on the customer side

When necessary, create and validate POCs (Proof of Concept)

Actively participate in the development and testing activities

Review the work products

Support the planning, refinement and delivery activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Masters/Bachelor s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent

Proven experience in requirement elicitation and creating & validating POCs

Good domain know-how in Charging and Energy Management functions

Very good in Control algorithm

Good Experience working with Matlab Simulink & Stateflow

Experience in driving development activities

Quick in finding problems, bugs and creating resolutions for all the Legacy models and codes

Good experience with the ASPICE SWE development process

Experience with AUTOSAR, C and C++

Very systematic approach, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills

Proficient in English
