Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Teach Political Science , Psychology , Geography to students , following the CBSE curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with CBSE guidelines.
Foster an engaging and interactive learning environment that enhances students understanding of concepts.
Guide students in solving complex problems, case studies, and project work.
Prepare students for board examinations by conducting regular assessments, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Integrate modern teaching methodologies, including technology-based learning tools.
Mentor and counsel students to help them achieve academic excellence and career guidance.
Collaborate with colleagues, participate in faculty meetings, and contribute to school activities.
Maintain discipline and promote ethical and professional conduct among students.
Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with curriculum changes.

Preferred candidate profile

Masters degree M.A in Political Science, Psychology, or a related field.
B.Ed. (Mandatory) from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE-affiliated residential school.
Excellent command over English with strong communication and presentation skills.
