Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Helping in identifying and screening required candidates and shortlisting for an interview
• Understanding the job description and sourcing the right talent
• Working on social media and job portals
• Assisting in developing hiring protocols for the organization
• Facilitating joining and exit formalities of an employee
• Maintaining all employees' documentation
• Working on the induction program
• Taking HR sessions, grievance handling, employee engagement, etc.
  

Other Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in HR or related field
• Proficiency in using social media and job portals
• Knowledge of employee engagement and grievance handling
• Preferred 2023-2024 passout candidates only
