Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources role located in Amravati. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee benefit programs, and overseeing personnel management activities. Additional tasks include ensuring compliance with legal regulations, addressing employee concerns, and providing support on staffing, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management
• Expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs
• Experience in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Relevant experience in the education or EdTech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
