Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources professional located in Aligarh. The individual will be responsible for overseeing HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Daily tasks include developing and enforcing HR procedures, addressing employee concerns, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus
