Human Resources Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and candidate-management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to understand hiring requirements and close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.

Understand hiring requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles in consultation with hiring managers.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and other relevant channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Negotiate compensation and coordinate the offer process with selected candidates.

Follow up with candidates throughout the notice period and ensure smooth joining.

Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on open positions, interview status, offers, and closures.

Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

Coordinate with external recruitment consultants/agencies wherever required.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer-to-joining ratio.

Support employer branding and other recruitment initiatives as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening candidates across multiple functions.

Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines.
