Grey Architects is an architectural millwork drafting and CAD solutions firm specializing in high-precision shop drawings and 3D modeling. We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead talent acquisition, streamline HR operations, oversee payroll and compliance, and maintain a high-performance studio culture.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Staffing: Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized technical roles (CAD Draftsmen, 3D Renderers, Project Coordinators) and administrative staff.
HR Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day HR workflows, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure adherence to local labor regulations and statutory requirements.
Performance Management: Implement appraisal frameworks, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives to boost retention and productivity.
Policy & Workplace Culture: Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and professional environment.

Key Qualifications

Experience: 4 to 8 years of progressive HR management experience, ideally within architecture, interior design, engineering, or CAD/BIM outsourcing services.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s/MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
Skills: Strong expertise in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri), Indian labor compliance, payroll software, and conflict resolution.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
