Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is essential in supporting the organization’s goals by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Manage employee performance, engagement, and professional development.
• Ensure legal compliance with HR policies and practices, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Prepare and manage the HR department’s budget.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
• 5+ years of proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification.
• Experience with employee engagement platforms and performance management systems.
• Prior experience in Hospitality Industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
