analytic platform designed for full service Investment Banks and Asset Management firms. Its

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties:

Leadership:

Advise the leadership team to guide policies and practices that support a culture of excellence.

In partnership with all company leaders will ensure that employee satisfaction and performance

remain at the highest levels so the company's clients continue to receive a best in class

experience.

Ensure that policies and practices are applied consistently across departments for all employees:

ensure that employees are provided professional, courteous, and timely operational support and

service.

Talent Acquisition:

Manage Datazoic's staffing function to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to

meet current and future needs in accordance with governmental specifications

Develop and implement recruiting plans while minimizing cost per hire.

Manage contractual relationships with placement agencies and contract recruiters

Ensure consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns. Administer employee

referral programs.

May develop and submit reports to senior level management concerning hiring trends, turnover

rates, candidate feedback, etc. as appropriate.

Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers; Demonstrated

ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Ability to target candidates and cold call to recruit individuals at all levels

Talent Retention:

Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including

recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, contracts, training

and development, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance

appraisal)

Develop job profiles and source candidates from major job boards; select, interview and hire

employees in collaboration with department managers.

Identify talent and aspirations of individual employees and provide coaching aimed at motivating

them to undertake the necessary training required to advance their careers within the company.

Plan and develop on-the-job training programs for line employees and career development

programs for managers with a focus on retaining existing talent and reducing employee turnover

Handle employee terminations, grievance and other difficult situations in a sensitive, fair and

respectful manner, working closely with supervisors and management.

Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing

HR Administration

Guide leadership and employees actions by ensuring ready access to current policies,

procedures, practices and guidelines in the company's employment handbook.

Research and recommend updates to the company's employment practices and develop written

policies once adopted.

Annually review, update and publish the employee handbook and ensure collection of employees

acknowledgment of receipt.

Provide ongoing guidance, counsel and training to company leadership and supervisors with work

performance issues, disciplinary procedures, policy interpretation and compliance.

Coach supervisors in areas of workplace conflict resolution and progressive discipline; advise

when disciplinary issues arise.

Provide oversight of the recruitment process to ensure consistency and alignment with best hiring

practices.

Coordinate new employee orientation efforts in a way that allows new members of our community

to understand our company's culture.

Employment Law and Compliance

Ensure that employment practices comply with federal, state and local laws and that all

employees are informed about statutory labor laws.

Conduct and/or facilitate company-wide compliance and risk management training including,

EEO, workplace harassment, boundary training, workplace safety and other areas, as needed.

Oversee administration of retirement plans, ensuring regulatory and plan document compliance.

Compensation and Benefits

Perform a comprehensive evaluation of compensation and benefits in support of making

recommendations about salary grades and levels that ensure internal equity and market

competitiveness.

Ensure that effective internal controls over payroll and benefit processing are maintained.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain secure and confidential documentation for all personnel and employment related

transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations.

Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sick leave, personal days and vacation.

Maintain key statistical data on the workforce.

On boarding Activities:

Preparing Offer letters, Medical letters and appointment letters

Issuing ID and access cards.

Maintaining personel files of the employees

Preparing and maintaining the new joiner's trackers

Induction on the joining formalities

Allocating Training Schedules

Co-coordinating the Admin department

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or graduate degree in human resources or a related field.

7-9 years of progressively responsible experience human resources management.

A comprehensive understanding of personnel management and best practices in human

resources.

A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of

sensitive information.

Excellent oral, listening, administrative, and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with

employees, and leadership.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM and other payroll applications preferred.
