Job Description Collect, verify, and update payroll inputs; calculate salaries and sync data across systems. Process full-cycle payroll, including Full & Final Settlements, within defined SLAs. Perform Maker-Checker validation to ensure payroll accuracy. Handle statutory compliance and taxation: PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labor Welfare Fund, and TDS. Prepare and file TDS returns, and maintain records for TDS challans, acknowledgments, and supporting documents. Ensure timely salary disbursement and adherence to all compliance deadlines. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues promptly. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.). Hands-on experience with payroll applications (MS or any other relevant system).
