Job Description: As an employee at our company, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to HR functions. You will be putting up posts for vacancies in both IT and Non-IT roles, conducting aptitude tests for employees, conducting HR rounds, arranging interviews with managers and leadership for the final round, resolving employee queries, conducting employee background verification, and overseeing employee induction processes.
