We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage key functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Onboarding & Off-boarding. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in attracting top talent, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle from entry to exit. Key responsibilities: 1. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements. 2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. 3. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds. 4. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database. 5. Promote the company brand as a great place to work. 6. Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness activities. 7. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 8. Gather feedback through surveys and informal channels to understand employee sentiments. 9. Assist in implementing recognition programs and internal communications. 10. Facilitate a smooth onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and introduction to teams. 11. Prepare onboarding kits and ensure all systems and access are in place for new joiners. 12. Handle exit formalities such as documentation, exit interviews, and knowledge transfer. 13. Ensure compliance with internal processes and timely updates of employee records.
