Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Executive to join our dynamic team at Vcom Technologies. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills who can contribute to fostering a positive work environment and supporting our team in achieving their full potential. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters. Coordinate and manage performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback. Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and tools, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in IT or technology sectors is a plus. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
