GRIEVANCE HANDLING
FRAMING CHARGESHEETS
NEGOTIATING DEPARTMENTAL DISPUTES
TRANSPORT
SECURITY ADMINISTRATION
TO MONITOR FACTORY ATTENDANCE
TO PROCESS PAY ROLL ADMINISTRATION AND OTHER ALLIED FUNCTIONS
STATUTORY COMPLIANCES
KEEPING AND MAINTAINING LEAVE, LEAVE ENCASHMENT, LOAN, ADVANCE AND BONUS RECORDS
CONTRACT LABOUR ADMINISTRATION
NEGOTIATING ON CHARTER OF DEMANDS WITH VARIOUS UNIONS
MAINTAINING PROPER WORKING RELATION WITH TRADE UNIONS
TO CARRY OUT LIASIONING WORK WITH THE GOVT. AUTHORITIES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED PERTAINING TO THE VARIOUS LABOUR LAWS (WITH POLICE AUTHORITIES, DY. LABOUR COMMISSIONER, ETC.)
