Human Resources - Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa will be responsible for creating and maintaining filing systems, typing office correspondence, distributing mail, ordering HR office supplies, and assisting with application procedures for walk-in candidates. You will be required to maintain a clean and accessible space for completing applications, respond to employee and management inquiries, and ensure the confidentiality and security of employee records. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you must follow company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, and uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information. You will need to report any accidents or unsafe work conditions to the manager, welcome guests according to company standards, and communicate effectively with others. Building positive relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals, and meeting quality standards are essential aspects of this role. The preferred qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, at least 1 year of related work experience, and no supervisory experience.
