🎯 Eligibility:

Fresh Graduates in Engineering disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, Process, Piping, etc.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Non-engineering graduates with a keen interest in recruitment may also apply.

💼 What We Offer:

1-year structured training program with exposure to all phases of recruitment.

Stipend/Salary during training: ₹18,000 per month.

Post-training package: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Exceptional performers may receive a higher package even during training.
