Role Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities. You’ll play a key role in identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database for future requirements.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Meet hiring targets and maintain timely reporting to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome!

• Salary Details:

• For Freshers: 15,000 per month + Incentives
• For Experienced Candidates: Salary based on experience
