Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for site-level, technical, and managerial roles.
Build and maintain a strong network with labor contractors, recruitment agencies, and trade institutions.
Manage bulk hiring and timely manpower deployment for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Coordinate and conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports on hiring progress.
Support site HR activities including employee documentation, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.
Work closely with project managers and site heads to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.
Contribute to retention strategies and minimize workforce turnover

Preferred candidate profile

Education
: Preferably MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or B.Tech. However, graduates in any field with relevant HR recruitment experience and skills as per the JD are welcome to apply.
Experience
: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sector.
Industry Knowledge
: Familiarity with construction job roles (engineers, supervisors, safety officers, skilled/unskilled labor, etc.) and bulk-hiring practices.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/ATS systems, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Soft Skills
: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments.
