Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Manage employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes. Address employee queries and concerns in a professional manner. Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and compliance tasks. Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a healthy workplace culture. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Proven experience in HR roles (freshers with HR internships can also apply). Strong understanding of HR operations and employment law. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
