HR Interns

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Support

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment activities.
  

• Onboarding & Induction

• Support pre-joining and joining formalities.
  
• Assist in conducting employee induction programs.
  

• HR Operations

• Help in maintaining HR databases and employee records.
  
• Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
  

• Employee Engagement

• Support planning and execution of engagement activities.
  
• Assist in pulse surveys and feedback collection.
  

• Learning & Development

• Coordinate training sessions and track participation.
  
• Assist in preparing training feedback reports.
  

• HR Projects

• Work on special HR initiatives (e.g., AI-enabled HR tools, analytics, process improvements).
  
• Conduct market research and benchmarking for HR best practices.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (pursuing or recently completed).
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Proficient in

  MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  .
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in teams.
  
• Interest in

  HR technology, analytics, and employee experience

  is a plus.
