Coordinate joining formalities for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the organization. Handle employee grievances and provide support during probationary period. Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives through effective people strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment, HR operations or related field. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification. Strong understanding of Recruitment, HR administration, coordination, and generalist activities.
