Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

Sourcing and Screening:

Use job portals, social media platforms, and internal networks to source suitable candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic or virtual interviews.

Coordination:

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities.

Database Management:

Maintain an updated pipeline of potential candidates and create talent pools for future hiring needs.

HR Operations Responsibilities:

Employee Records:

Maintain and update employee databases, personal files, and HRIS systems.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

Oversee smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including induction programs.
Manage exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.

HR Policies & Compliance:

Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies in alignment with company standards.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.

Employee Engagement:

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking goals and feedback cycles.

Payroll Coordination:

Collaborate with the accounts/payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
