Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support payroll processing and attendance management. Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Address employee queries and grievances promptly Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in HR or related field. 13 years of HR experience preferred. Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
