Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Manage blue-collar and frontline recruitment for hotel operations, including housekeeping, kitchen staff, stewards, and other operational roles.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee records, and documentation.
Coordinate payroll inputs, joining and exit formalities, and employee lifecycle activities.
Address employee grievances and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Maintain accurate HR records and support the smooth functioning of hotel operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 3-5 years
