As part of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to create and implement HR policies and employee benefits. Your familiarity with personnel management and HR regulations will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations. Your role will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be interacting with team members and management on a regular basis. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team will be essential in successfully carrying out your responsibilities. While prior experience in a similar HR role is a plus, we welcome applications from candidates with 1-2 years of experience who possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. This position is based in Bangalore and offers a salary bracket ranging from INR 2 to 3.6 LPA.
