We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Professional to join our team at a reputed organization in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HRBP and Talent Acquisition (TA) across multiple zones.
Lead and manage HR activities across designated zones.
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Supervise and guide a team of HR executives.
Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals.
Resolve employee grievances and ensure legal compliance.
Work closely with regional leadership to support workforce planning and retention.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR, with proven team handling capabilities.
Strong understanding of HR operations and talent acquisition practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in multi-location HR coordination will be an added advantage.
