Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Records Management:

• Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, benefits information, and performance reviews.

• Recruitment Support:

• Assisting with the recruitment process, such as screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.

• Onboarding/Offboarding:

• Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires and assisting with the offboarding process for departing employees.

• HR Policy Implementation:

• Ensuring that HR policies are followed and assisting with the development and implementation of new policies.

• Payroll and Benefits Administration:

• Providing support with payroll and benefits administration, including data collection and reporting.

• HR Documentation:

• Preparing and maintaining various HR documents, including contracts, policies, and reports.

• Employee Relations:

• Addressing employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.

• Compliance:

• Ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

• Reporting:

• Generating HR reports on various metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and performance data.

• General Administrative Support:

• Providing general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings and managing HR files.
