Hubspot Technical Delivery Analyst

As a Hubspot Technical Delivery Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and enhancement of our HubSpot CRM and DealHub CPQ platforms. Your primary responsibility will involve configuring workflows, deal stages, custom properties, and automation rules within HubSpot. Additionally, you will be tasked with Deal Hub configuration to align with sales models, facilitate quotation creation, and support system processes. Your role will also entail providing support for change management, identifying system issues, recommending corrective actions, and driving continuous improvements. You will collaborate on cross-functional projects related to CRM/CPQ enhancements, integrations, and migrations. Furthermore, you will document business requirements, assist in testing new features, and validate system changes. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting CRM and/or CPQ systems, with a preference for expertise in HubSpot and Deal Hub. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of sales processes and best practices in CRM/CPQ will be essential. Moreover, your ability to troubleshoot effectively, communicate technical concepts to non-technical users, and proactively seek solutions will set you up for success in this role. In addition to the technical aspects, you will be expected to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the development and maintenance of IT process documentation and knowledge base articles. Knowledge of Python and JavaScript will be considered a strong asset.
