About the Role

HTML + InDesign Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design and format
content, layouts, and templates
using Adobe InDesign.
Develop and optimize
HTML-based layouts
for digital publishing and eLearning projects.
Ensure designs are
responsive, accessible, and visually consistent
across platforms.
Work with editorial and production teams to transform raw content into
polished deliverables
.
Collaborate with developers, instructional designers, and project managers for end-to-end delivery.
Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
Perform
quality checks
to ensure error-free designs before final delivery.
Support digital publishing workflows and troubleshoot layout/formatting issues.

Skills & Experience Required

36 years of professional experience as a
Designer
in HTML + Adobe InDesign.
Strong expertise in
Adobe InDesign
(print and digital layouts).
Proficiency in
HTML, CSS
, and responsive design principles.
Experience with
eBooks, eLearning modules, or digital publishing projects
.
Good eye for typography, color theory, and layout aesthetics.
Familiarity with
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with
EPUB, XML workflows, or digital publishing tools
.
Knowledge of
JavaScript/jQuery
for interactive designs.
Exposure to
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
or SCORM-compliant content.
Prior experience in
educational publishing or content services industry
.
