Must Have:HTML, CSS Role Overview:As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing user interfaces with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability. You will leverage your expertise in HTML and CSS skills, to deliver high-quality web applications and lead front-end development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - HTML/CSS:Write clean, semantic HTML and CSS to create responsive and accessible user interfaces. Utilize modern CSS techniques (e.g., Flexbox, Grid) and preprocessors (e.g., SASS/LESS) as needed.

Performance Optimization:Implement performance optimization techniques to ensure fast and smooth user experiences, including efficient rendering and resource management.

Collaboration:Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate design requirements into functional and visually appealing interfaces.

Mentoring:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews, and sharing best practices.

Testing:Develop and maintain automated tests for front-end components to ensure reliability and functionality.

Problem-Solving:Identify and resolve complex issues related to front-end performance, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.

Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for front-end components, coding standards, and development workflows. Required Skills and Qualifications: - HTML/CSS:Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3, with a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced layout and styling techniques. Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS is preferred.

JavaScript:Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+), including experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., Promises, async/await) and JavaScript build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

Performance Optimization:Experience in optimizing front-end performance, including code splitting, lazy loading, and other best practices.

Responsive Design:Proven ability to create responsive and adaptive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

Version Control:Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

Communication:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience working closely with designers and developers. Education and Experience: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
