Job Summary:

The HSE Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained and followed across all phases of the solar project. The candidate must have a strong understanding of HSE practices in solar plant construction and operation, with hands-on experience managing site safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor safety protocols as per company and statutory regulations.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
  
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  
• Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and induction programs for workers and contractors.
  
• Monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safety signage is in place.
  
• Investigate incidents/accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Maintain HSE records, prepare reports, and submit documentation to senior management.
  
• Coordinate with Project Managers and contractors to implement safe work practices.
  
• Conduct emergency drills and implement emergency response plans.
  
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and environmental responsibility at site.
