Aarvi Encon Limited is urgently hiring for Wind Energy Project - Pan India. Position : Project HSE Manager. Location : Pan India (Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan). Payroll : Aarvi Encon Limited. Salary : 28,000 to 30,000 CTC Accommodation, Transportation & Food by Client Side. Technical & Safety Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. (Civil / Mech / Elec Engr), Diploma (Civil / Mech / Elec Engr.) from State Technical Board / AICTE recognized institute / university OR, Full time B.Sc. (with Physics / Chemistry subject) from UGC recognized institute / university. Experience: 1 years work experience in construction safety. Required Skills: Ability to work in a dynamic environment characterized by tough competition Ability to deal with demographic complexities of projects Good communication skills Energetic and commitment to work Display strong passion to work in safety Person of Integrity Detailed job description: Managing delegated responsibilities in HSE function. Aware of project / site specific hazard identification, correction and reporting. Knowledge in identifying and reporting of UA / UC / Near misses. Implement PTW system and keep track for closure. Assist management team in incident investigation. Knowledge in inspection of tools, tackles and resources. Conduct toolbox talk. Conduct safety specific training for workers. Implement company's lifesaving rules. Participate in safety meetings and assist safety engineer / officer in execution of safety program. Inspect vehicle as per company's checklist. Inspection of all types of PPE. Motivate workforce to comply with safety requirements. Assist safety engineer / officer in preparing monthly reports and KPI.
