Job Overview: We are seeking an HSE Officer for our Natural Gas operations in Solapur & Kandla. The ideal candidate must have 5-6 years of experience in Health Safety and Environment (HSE) within the Natural Gas or Oil & Gas industry along with RLI (Regional Labour Institute) Certification Mandatory. Proficiency in local language or Hindi is required for effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Implement and ensure compliance with HSE policies procedures and industry regulations. Conduct risk assessments hazard identifications and safety audits at project sites. Ensure adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) systems and safety protocols for high-risk activities. Conduct incident investigations root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation. Monitor environmental compliance ensuring safe handling and storage of natural gas. Train employees and contractors on workplace safety emergency response and gas handling safety. Ensure compliance with local and national HSE laws regulations and ISO standards. Liaise with regulatory authorities for safety audits inspections and reporting. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure effective PPE usage at worksites. Maintain accurate records of HSE incidents reports and safety performance indicators. Key Skills & Requirements: 5-6 years of experience in HSE within the Natural Gas / Oil & Gas sector. RLI Certification (Mandatory). Knowledge of industrial safety standards risk assessment and PTW systems. Proficiency in local language (Solapur/Kandla region) or Hindi Mandatory. Strong understanding of gas safety regulations hazardous material handling and emergency response. Good analytical and problem-solving skills for incident investigations and RCA. Effective communication and training skills for workforce safety awareness. Educational Qualifications: Diploma/Engineering/Science Graduate + RLI Certified (Mandatory).
