We are seeking a highly motivated HSE Manager to lead our health, safety, and environmental initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, promoting a culture of safety, and implementing effective HSE programs within our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying risks and a commitment to continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to staff on HSE practices and regulations.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and incident reports.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
