Working with the lead service quality manager and a team of problem managers to create a focused area of excellence in post incident analysis Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Strong analytical skills / Troubleshooting / debugging C++ code, SQL, Unix and Stored Procedures. Hands-on experience on tools like App D / Splunk / Control-M /Ansible / JIRA. Experience of high frequency change, specifically adoption, engineering and execution of automated CICD pipelines Understanding of Unix and Shell scripting.
