Job Summary: Managing the Life cycle of employees throughout their lifecycle in an organization. This includes Onboarding / Payroll Inputs / Data Administration /Offboarding /Transfers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

To support in managing the Employee life cycle events MIS and system enablement
To contribute to the ongoing development of the HR knowledge base to help employees quickly and easily find answers to their questions via the ticketing tool Build engaging relationships with all organizational stakeholders through trust teamwork and direct communication
This role helps in delivery of tasks and activities which ensures Employees have a seamless experience during joining exit and their stay in the organization
To be part of a fast-paced team operating as the first point of contact for HR related inquiries from India
Ensures alignment within HR when delivering services and information to stakeholders
Manage Employee Onboarding Offboarding Onboarding
To organize the onboarding procedures and facilitate the new hires in every aspect
To communicate company and job details to newly hired employees
To schedule Company induction
To gather necessary documentation required.
