As a Total Rewards Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Your role will involve a deeper understanding of Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management, leveraging your expertise to solve specific problems related to Compensation & Benefits. You will manage and lead a team of employees, communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team, motivate team members, assess performance, provide assistance to management in hiring and training, and keep management updated on team performance. Effective communication of concerns and policies among management and team members will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have Compensation & Benefits experience and be able to design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonuses/incentives, maintaining salary and job tables, and managing employee stock purchase plans. Candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of HRO experience are preferred. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that service measures and outcomes meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA), demonstrating strong customer service in all activities, and leading by example. You will be required to raise relevant quality and/or scope issues that may impact delivery, streamline decision-making processes, manage service issues and escalations via the escalation process, perform root cause analysis, and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions for accurate and timely service delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a logical plan with realistic estimates and schedules for activities or project segments, documenting progress, issues, and agreements, and acting upon them. Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external clients and business partners to achieve business goals will be crucial. You will also ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and work closely with the BCM Team and Local IT to ensure periodic testing. In this role, you will oversee repeatable, predictable, and measurable operations, ensuring adherence to designed processes and a clear understanding of existing metrics such as SLA, OLA, and KPI. Collaborating with the Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the client, implementing volume allocation strategies, creating governance mechanisms to monitor performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with defined process requirements will be part of your duties. As a Total Rewards Senior Analyst, you are expected to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems, interact with peers within Accenture, and potentially with clients and Accenture management. Your decision-making will impact your work and potentially the work of others. This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
