HRMS Administrator

As an HRMS Admin at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our HRMS platform (Darwinbox/Oracle). Your responsibilities will include: - **HRMS Management:** - Manage end-to-end configuration, workflows, and modules on Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms. - Serve as the HRMS subject matter expert and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for enhancements and issue resolution. - Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee lifecycle data, such as onboarding, movements, exits, etc. - Maintain system hygiene and data integrity across modules including Recruitment, Performance, RnR, and Core. - **HR Data & Analytics:** - Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights for decision-making and leadership consumption. - Collaborate with HRBPs and other functions to identify data trends and provide actionable solutions. - **AI & Automation in HR:** - Explore and implement Generative AI tools (like ChatGPT, Leena AI, etc.) to enhance HR efficiencies in documentation, FAQs, and employee experience. - Work on use cases to automate manual HR processes and improve self-service adoption among employees. - Stay updated with the latest HR tech trends and bring innovation into daily HR operations. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 7-9 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations, with experience in HRMS (Darwinbox experience is a strong plus). - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exposure to or interest in using Gen AI tools in HR contexts. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.,
