HRIS Implementation Specialist - Core HCM

As an HRIS Implementation Specialist - Core HCM, your role involves supporting the migration, configuration, and implementation of the Core Human Capital Management (HCM) module. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee master data, organizational structure, and system workflows to facilitate a seamless transition from the legacy system. Key Responsibilities: - Support the configuration of employee data, position management, and organizational hierarchies. - Assist in managing data migration and validation for employee records and organizational structures. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to define business rules and workflows. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with business requirements. - Provide support during system go-live, troubleshoot post-implementation issues, and ensure data accuracy. - Maintain compliance with data governance and audit standards. Qualifications: - At least 3-5 years of HRIS or HCM implementation experience with knowledge of systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, etc. - Strong understanding of HR data structures and employee lifecycle processes. - Proficiency in data migration, validation, and reporting.
