Job Description

Job Description: As a part of the team, you will be responsible for configuring compensation elements, salary structures, grades, and ranges. You will support merit and bonus cycles by managing configuration and testing. In addition, you will collaborate with HR and Finance to align system setup with the compensation strategy. Your role will also involve creating and maintaining documentation for compensation workflows and approval processes. Furthermore, you will be expected to generate analytical reports and dashboards for compensation planning. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of HRIS or HCM/Compensation implementation experience (Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, etc.). - Proficiency in data migration, validation, and reporting. Preferred Skills: - HRIS or relevant system experience. - Experience in HR transformation or global HCM deployments.,
