Job Description

Role Requirement : Shift & Experience Requirements Requires 15+ years of HR service delivery experience (8+ in people management), expertise in HRIS systems, and ability to work in a 5:30 PM 2:30 AM shift in a fast-paced environment HR Leadership & Team Management Lead and develop a team handling HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce), Talent Development, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition, ensuring high performance through coaching, delegation, and performance management. HR Service Delivery & Compliance – Oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with employment laws, manage onboarding processes, training practices, and documentation, and collaborate with the US HR Shared Services team for process alignment. Operational Efficiency & Reporting – Drive offshore team productivity, manage key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, attendance, probation), and ensure timely delivery of HR reports (headcount, bonuses, incentives, etc.). HR Technology & Process Optimization – Using HCM tools (Ceridian, UKG, Workday), to ensure HRIS configurations, testing, and implementation, and leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting is a critical component of the role
