Role & responsibilities: Partnering with business stakeholders for manpower planning, recruitment and selection. Finalizing HR Budgets, cost control measures at division level Facilitating the effective implementation of Performance Management System in line with corporate guidelines. Creating and deploying L&D Framework for capability building (Behavioural) at individual and group level in collaboration with L&D. Designing and driving division specific interventions Driving effective Talent Management Process and ensuring rigor in action implementation Ensuring implementation of Engagement Calendar across locations to bring in uniformity Deploying org-wide initiatives at Business level Preferred candidate profile : Essential Qualification : MBA Human Resources Experience : 3 to 5 yrs CRITICAL COMPETENCIES OF THE JOB : • Decision Making • Financial Acumen • People Sensitivity • Thorough knowledge on HR processes • Exposure to Mfg. HR will be an added advantage
