Job Description

Role Overview: At Capgemini Invent, you will be part of the Digital HR Transformation and Enablement projects under the W&O offering. Your role involves supporting the practice by delivering quality technology-driven solutions based on industry best practices to the client base. You will ensure quality delivery, manage engagement risk, project economics, escalations, and effective planning and budgeting. Advising the team to deliver high-quality deliverables to clients is a key responsibility. Proactive participation in process improvement initiatives and conducting Change Impact analysis for digital solutions will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver quality technology-driven solutions based on industry best practices - Manage engagement risk, project economics, escalations, planning, and budgeting - Advise the team to deliver high-quality deliverables to clients - Participate in process improvement initiatives - Conduct Change Impact analysis for digital solutions Qualification Required: - Support the practice in RFP formulation for Technology-driven projects - Flexible to work on Organisation Change Management projects and HR Strategy projects as per project demand Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.
